My grandfather, John James Newport, is on the left and at the back. My grandmother, Emily Harriet Newport, is on the second or middle row and second in from the right. I believe that the Assistant Teacher, Miss Tibballs, is on the right hand side and on the back row. As far as I can see, looking at the pupils on photograph HS010, the two girls on the back row (one next to my grandfather and the other next-but-one on her right) are, in order, Agnes and Pearl Sargent.
